Ok in reading this article I have to ask common knowledge tells me that G-d through his plan uses the moon to control the tides and the tides in turn the oceans... Correct? if the oceans change thier cycles this control the Hydro dynamics concerning rain and flooding in addtion to heating and cooling also correct? That said if over the last hundred years the moon has moved away from the earth at the rate of 1.6 inches that would be 160 inches? not very far but in the grand schemes of things they say that if the average earth temature rises just 1 degree it changes the whole ecology yes? But let me place on more thing into this. If the moon moves in relationship to the gravitational pull of the earth and it continues to get farther away that would mean expontatly it will increasingly move further away faster as the gravity is reduced between the 2. Hence the hydrodynamics involved in in controling our ecology by bringing rain which cools to change where it rains and even how it rains would that e a fair account?

Rare moment in history

Because the moon is constantly moving away from Earth, at about 1.6 inches (4 centimeters) per year, eventually total eclipses will not be possible.

Meantime, eclipses are not really rare. As a celestial rule, at least two partial solar eclipses occur each year and in some years there can be up to five. A total eclipse of the sun occurs somewhere in the world about every 18 months, on average.

But it is indeed rare to see one. While an eclipse of the moon (when Earth blocks sunlight from lighting up the moon) is visible from half the planet, solar eclipses are visible only from a narrow path.

I believe global warming is man made, but it plays a part in God's plan.

I think some of the weather conditions in the end times are caused by global warming.

Just like the holocaust: man made but part of God's plan for the rebirth of Israel.

To be honest, I'm really not sure at this point. I heard a commentary the other day, wish I could remember by whom (either Rush or Glenn). They stated something like..."don't you think God created the world with the ability to handle man, knowing full well how things would progress and the ramifications of technology".

The commentary went on to say..."what did God suddenly say whoops....I didn't realize all of that would cause "global warming"!

Kind of a good point....made me think. Sooooo.....I'm torn. How can one group of scientists say "no" and another group say "yes" to global warming? Proves to me how man doesn't know everything. :idunno

This time around Global warming is all political, used to control the way people live. It limits them on what they can do. and is funding the new world order. and its totally against what God wants out of people. People are more concerned about the earth than the fact millions die every year through starvation, malaria, and various diseases. Some christians are worried about what can be done to restore the earth. Meanwhile millions are going to hell. (though most christians are smart enough to see through it!!) I believe the earth goes through cycles and God uses them to further his plan.

My question to all here is this... The very oil we are getting from the desert region came from somewhere right? what is oil made from? anyone? dead Plants and animals correct? Yet it is coming from a desert? And how do we explain finding seashells on the tops of mountains? Folks there is no global warming I repeat no global warming that is man made. I say this with coinfindence. since G-d created the world he also put into it changes from within the universe including the motion of the bodies of heaven. Ask this why does the solar winds slow down and almost stop at the end of our Solar System? Could it be our Solar System also has it's own form of an atmosphere. Look it up here

G-d is a true mathematician to find answers we must look to the math involved with all things in this world, solarsystem, and universe.

It's alot like if let's say, your cousin is going out of the country, and lets you live and take care of his house...TRUSTING you to do so.

Again-he or she TRUSTS that you take care of his/her house and keep it intact. But instead, you take advantage and start being slothful and wreckless.

It's alot like this green earth. God's will weren't hurricanes, earthquakes, CO2 emmissions, depending on foreign oil, slothfulness, greed, etc, etc-it was ultimately MAN's decision to do so, and now we're reaping the whirlwind b/c we sowed the wind.

Ultimately, in both cases, trust was given, but b/c people tried to take advantage thinking it was all their's, consequences resulted.

So yes-Global Warning wasn't God's will, but unfortunately, the sins of mankind has allowed the doors to open.

There has been Global Cooling for the last 10 years...

Its all part of the 30-yr Pacific Decadal Oscillation...

If global warming is man-made, why did the earth heat (and cool) thousands of years ago? Why are other planets heating and cooling? This fact ALONE should force us to rethink this issue (yet for many it means nothing).

Furthermore, if the earth warms up a bit, it will benefit mankind (as history clearly shows). We should be so lucky to have global warming.

Exactly, Bernardd.

If something is happening to this planet, it is God's doing, for His purpose. I'm not saying that gases being put into the air doesn't harm it, but I believe it was all planned that way.

God does not make mistakes......He knows all...even what gases do to the atmosphere of the planet He made.

"Global warming" is a man made fabricated crisis.

God doesn't lie.
