Food-type groupings

Would it be possible to establish groupings within this section? I like seeing all these recipes, but it's a little overwhelming.

We can tag the recipes but I'm not sure everyone would tag the same ie: I might tag Tex-Mex and you might tag Mexican. If we could agree on tags then it could work real well.
