I was attempting to put a line below my avatar so it would say something other than "regular member" Now the dot beside my name is RED and there is an asterik beside my name at the bottom of the page. What have I done???? People like me ain't got no bidness' fooolin' with things they don't understand:ohno

Click User CP at the top left corner then click Edit your Details and look for Custom user title.
Put what you want there then scroll all the way to the bottom and click Save Changes

Thanks. I got rid of the "regular member" but the dot is still red, and there's still an asterik by my name at the bottom. Oh well, maybe it will go away later....(I wish that about a lot of things) Anyway, thanks for your help:wave

Good. No red dot out there, because here, it is sticking out like a sore thumb. OR..it could be those dang hallucinations again :lol2

if you have yourself set in invisible mode, your dot will look red to you and it will be gray to us , it makes it look as though you are offline even when you are on... moderators can still tell either way ;)

Oh, OK. I will try to fix that. I'm sure it was a button I pushed when I was TRYING to augment the thing that said "regular member." It's a shame when these folks are online (me) don't even know how to run the thing right.:ohno But I'm happy to stumble along because the FELLOWSHIP with other believers is so wonderful! I just want to enjoy this time....we may not have it forever.I wish ya'll could know how much I appreciate you. (even the curt ones) I believe that 99% of the people on this board LOVE the Lord Jesus Christ and are here to spread HIS message of LOVE. How they do it differs markedly. Because....We are all parts of THE BODY. Thank's to everyone who has tried to help me with my RED DOT problem.:hug
