I finally arrived in the 21st Century last week when I cancelled AOL dial-up and had Comcast hi-speed installed. :yeah

I'm trying to set up Outlook Express email but I'm hitting a snag on the last screen. It's asking for the following information -- I copied them exactly as they appear:

>Incoming mail server is POP3, IMAP, or HTTP {note: these appear in drop down window}:idunno
>Incoming mail server: :idunno
>Outgoing mail server {SMTP}::idunno

In case you haven't guessed by now, I'm clueless about what these acrynoms mean! Are there any Outlook people who can help?

Its asking what the names of the servers are that you want to use for your email.
Comcast should provide this information.
Just an idea, why don't you try Mozilla Thunderbird (http://mozilla.com/thunderbird) instead of Outlook.

Thanks ghetto guy. I asked the Comcast tech who set me up but he didn't have a clue what I was talking about. :doh

I have Yahoo right now so that'll work for now. But I'm looking over the Mozilla site as we speak, thanks. :)
