I have a large pan of raspberries, bunch of cucumbers, cantaloupe and watermelon.
I have alot, so can anyone please tell me how to preserve them somehow.
This weekend we are getting more raspberries and apples, yeah. Now how do I save them, lol.

Cucumber relish is very tasty. Google for recipes. If you have a good basic recipe for tomato relish just substitute the cucumbers for tomatoes, or make a combination of any two frui/vegetables.
