Question Regarding "More" Smilies Window

Okay when I am doing a post and click at the bottom on "more" for all the smilies to come up how come that window won't stay open for me while I'm posting? It always disappears once I click on "submit reply". Is there a way for me to keep this window open while I'm on the board so I can refer to it while posting for the smilies I can't remember the names of instead of me having to click the "more" link all the time?

I think this is just a feature in the software program that causes the "more smilies" window to close when you submit a reply. I don't think it is anything we are going to be able to change as we are not programmers in PHP. :idunno
