Ruby Tuesday makes a pretty good quiche. It's got chicken, broccoli and cheese in it and the shell is actually that pastry dough (filo I think). I don't make quiche here at home as nobody else would really eat it.

I like ham and cheese quiche. Here's a simple, yet delicious recipe for it.

Ham and Cheese Quiche

1 (9-inch) thawed pie shell
1 cup milk
4 large eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 cups cooked ham, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 scallion (green onion), sliced

In a bowl, combine milk, eggs, nutmeg, red pepper flakes, and cornstarch; stir until smooth (make sure cornstarch is dissolved). Stir in remaining ingredients; pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes (or until set and crust is browned).

Serve warm with a dollop of sour cream on top of each quiche slice.
