BTW, I'm been thinking - as a former Catholic who went to Catholic school from K-12, every nun I can recall was old and dour!

I had an aunt who was a nun. I remember when she came to stay with us for a few days. I was looking through her clothes while she was in the shower trying to figure out what some of those odd garments were.... :idunno

Me too, except for Sister Ann Michelle. But the rest, yuk, they wouldn't be able to convince me. Scared me to death, actually. That's when my rebellion against the Catholic church began.
