In My studies, this occurance in Acts5:1-11,where the Husband and wife fall dead from lying to Peter and the Holy Spirit,in my opinion, cements the fact that we cannot be in the same Dispensation as those early Acts Jews or Proselytes were.If that were the case, half of us would have dropped dead by now for the Lies we've told! I asked my Bible expert buddy (in his dreams)what he thought, and he says since they only had remission of sins(Faith+Works)Acts2:38,10:43,that they could fall away, and their salvation was based on works. And that after the Jewish program(remission)was put on hold(in abeyance),and Paul was commissioned as Apostle to the (Jew first),and also to the Gentiles, and they obtained "redemption"(Grace through faith)Ro.8:23;Eph.1:7.Some of you might say ,"..but what about Hebrews 6:4-6.."? ,where it says once they have partaken of the Holy Ghost and they fall away, that it is impossible to renew them again unto repentance".I'm reading a commentary(by David Reese,I think). He claims that Hebrews was Written in the Early Acts period, and not by Paul; perhaps someone like Steven or Phillip.Anyone have any views or comments? If thats the case ,Hebrews would apply to the (remission )program, not us(Redemption. :scripture :shocked
