ok, so i keep trying to install it ad i keep geting this error message Internal Error 2755. 1624.
java's website offers NO help.
can anyone help me out?

Try downloading the version of Java that you need from the website. This should download it as an msi file. Once it is downloaded then try running it. This sometimes works better than trying to use the Java updater.
