ok, my computer is about 4 years old and we don't have one of the new bigger screens. And no, I can't afford a new computer right now. :tsk :heh
My problem is my ds got a WebKinz for his birthday. When I tried to get him into the program I ran into all kinds of problems because the website's screens appear to be intended for wide screens. The "enter" buttons ect. are out of my screen range so I can't even enter his information. Any suggestions? :thinking:scratch

Got a scroll wheel on your mouse? If you do, try clicking it once (push on it like it was another mouse button) and then move the mouse to scroll around the page, horizontally as well as vertically. Click the wheel again to turn the scrolling off.
You could try changing the screen resolution too.
Right click on the desktop background anywhere there isn't an icon and click on properties.
Click on the settings tab.
Move the slider to the right.
800x600 is usually a good one for smaller monitors, 1024x768 is good too, but things start to get a little tiny on the screen. I don't recommend trying any higher than that unless you know how to restore the setting by using safe mode. Some monitors don't support any higher than 1024x768 and if you do set it higher, and somehow save that setting, you won't be able to see anything on the screen to set it back.

Try a higher screen resolution. Modern monitors support very high resolutions. Mine is old and it goes up to 1280x1024.
Just right click on the desktop and select properties, then click the settings tab. You should see a slider on the bottom left. Move it to something like 1152x864. That's what I run mine at.

For webkinz you have to select a certain 'look' Check through the parent info, or FAQs, and see. I know ours did that, too, but we fixed it easily. The problem now is I don't remember how! My daughter will be home this afternoon if you can't figure it out.

That would be the solution I would recommend is well. I know my parents set their resolution at 800 x 600 because they have old eyes, but things don't always fit on the screen, such as web browser windows.
