1 John 1:8
If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

Romans chapter 1-3:20 are man before the cross,Romans 3:21 man right after the cross in the Jewish church(mainly written to proselyte Gentiles thats why they are called Jews worded that way along with the rest of scripture;God went to the Jews first, then the Jewish proselytes(Jews first), then Gentiles.As seen in Romans2:17 Behold, thou art called a Jew, and restest in the law, and makest thy boast of God.(a book written to Gentiles no Gentile proselytes).Romans11:17 And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree.(graffed in among the Jews =proselytes).

1 John 1:8

Yes, that was exactly the scripture I was thinking of! Mechaberean forgets he/she? is still made of flesh. Spirit and flesh war against each other! we must choose to live by the Spirit daily, hourly, minutely. Praise the Lord our sins are forgiven if we are in Christ. Past, current and future. He is our righteousness. He takes our sin and imputes His righteousness onto us.

!st John1:
1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;
2 (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;)
3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.----------These people of God according to the flesh are walking by sight and faith.

Mechaberean, you are double minded. you say one thing, then you say something else. Nothing is perfect yet.

In the body I have sin and am imperfect but salavtion is perfect we even sit in heavenly places already and my soul was circumscised from the flesh sins in the flesh don't affect a Gentile church person's soul Colossians2:11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.---So yes in the body I have forgiven sin but my soul salvation is perfect Jesus paid it all.And my body will also be perfect like my soul one day.

We are not perfected until we have our glorified bodies.

Also, after we are part of the body of Christ, we are neither Jew or Gentile.

Galations3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. ---In the Spirit true but physically not true a female or male ,Jew,Gentile when saved physically is still just that.
