I just finished reading this book and I have to say that the beginning of the book tells you that your view on eschatology will be changed forever--and believe me it is true. I am still a little confused on a few things and still need to do my own research and study but I believe we (main stay prophecy teachers) MAY and I underline MAY have it wrong. I will be intertested to hear what everyone here on this forum think once they read the book.:thinking

It must be a typo. The book is not $99.99. I bought the book at Rodrigo Silva's website Bible Prophecy in the News. The book is in in hard-back, I believe with shipping it cost me $31.00.

but dont they say that the magog invasion is the same as armageddon?

that is not correct.

they are similar.

but magog involves a limited number of players. armageddon involves all nations.

magog is on the mountains of israel. armageddon is in the valley of megiddo.

magog ends through divine intervention, but NOT the 2nd Coming.

armageddon ends with the 2nd Coming.

You really need to read the book. Yes, they do say that Armageddon and Gog/Magog is the same--but they are not the only ones that believe that. There are several prophecy teachers out there that believe that also (i.e. Dave Hunt). Their Biblical evidence is very convincing and I would not discount it just because that it is not what you have been taught. Like I said, read the book and do some of your own research and see if Maybe we all have some learning to do.

These guys are both post-trib, Armageddon and Gog/Magog are NOT, NOT the same thing!!!!!
At then end of Gog/Magog, The Antichrist rises to power.
At the end of Armageddon, the Lord Jesus returns.
Who will be accepted by those who believe Armageddon and Gog/Magog are the same thing? Three guesses, and the first two don't count.
I will not read the book.

Bio: Joel Richardson's website is Joels-Trumpet.com. He is the author of several books, including; Anti-Christ Islam's Awaited Messiah. He believes the battle of Gog and Magag takes place after the seven year tribulation. He takes a very different view on some of the classic views of the end time. He believes that Islam's Messiah is going to be the Biblical Anti-christ.

I have read joel's blog so I know what his arguments are.

he says no one has been able to refute him, but on his own blog, there were plenty of refutations in the form of comments from readers that he did not address.

walid shoebat may be a true believer - I have seen him on with zola in the past, but he seems to put too much stock in his islamic upbringing.

just because there are similarities in islamic prophecy and biblical prophecy doesnt mean islamic prophecy has a leg to stand on.

mohammed borrowed a lot from christianity in founding his religion. both jews and arabs descend from abraham, so it is not so far fetched that they would have similar beliefs.

but the bible is true. the koran is not.

what muslims believe will have some bearing in how they view and react to events as they unfold, but their prophecies are not reliable - consider the source.

I do not want to argue this point--this was not my intention. My intention was to bring to the table that just maybe all that we have been taught from mostly western prophecy teachers maybe contain Some error. I am going to quote Chuck Missler and leave it at that--"The only certain barrier to truth is the presumption that you already have it".
