Battle for the lost was one of the best they've ever done.
2 great one to ones, but the street Q&A was heavy...
Dan~~~>already watched it 3 times...lol

I don't have any of their DVDs; can you believe that? I do have Todd's "Herman Who" and "Terrified" oh and "Slaying the Dragon" and "Decisions, Decisions!" <--- very good stuff!
Hope to get some of WOTM's DVDs sometime.
By the way, I'm still using the Wayne Grudem Systematic Theology book you gave me. It's REALLY great. I don't read it all the time, but sure makes for great devotional time and serious study too. I found some of his teachings online - I'm quite impressed. Anyway, just wanted to say thanks Dan :) Hope you are doing well.

I'm doing good. I have't been able to get out in awhile. I am off next saturday, but the only place to go is a gay pride parade in Dallas, and there's usually small numbers of people willing to go to that...
I have pre-ordered this season, and have a few pastors willing to show it in their church. Battle for the Lost will go over well in my church, as the pastor and many members are vets.
Dan~~~>still reading ashamed of the gospel, which is great

Cool; I'd heard about it some from our Middle School department, and they're getting together withthe High School department and showing it Sunday evenings in a series starting tonight. It really is great, and should really encourage our church's young people to be active in reaching others.

I want to buy them too - this week! But I haven't pulled the trigger yet. I think they are a very valuable resource. They could also be shared with neighbors, friends, and family.
Looking forward to seeing them! :yeah

Dan - Just curious, can I ask what you do at the gay pride parade? Have you been there before? What happens? Your post caught my eye and I couldn't help but ask!!

There's some shots that some guys with a group i've gone with before took on this page..
http://www.lostcauseministries.com/blog/
We only hand out tracts and speak one to one. There's no big signs and such on our end. We speak to people on a one to one, rather than attack the views they hold.
The tatics don't change, we use God's Law to show what sin is and explain the gospel. Seldom times people get offended, but it happens. I've only heard of one guy that tripped up a tract.
Speaking one to one is key. I was shocked to learn, most people in that lifestyle had been abused as a child, so many are hurting baddly. Giving them an ear is a key...
BTW, take a look at that church float sign in the parade. I know its wrong, as they see the speaking out against the lifestyle is hate, rather than love.
Dan~~~>not a big fan of those guys with the ugly signs

Wow, I am very... enthralled. I'm not quite sure what word to use! I will definitely be a reader of the blog. I kinda poured over it a little, but I definitely want to read more when I get back from doing some errands!! Thank you for the info!!!

Y'all-
I'm so excited!! :yeah Season 3 arrived the other day and I look forward to going through them all and sharing them with others. I watched the one on Mormonsim first and found it excellent. The one-2-one that Ray does with two Mormons... WOW! When Ray starts going through the law do you ever see the conviction come over the girl's face. It was very moving. After watching it I felt like moving to Utah and witnessing to them.
I think this would be a great investment if you can buy them. I look forward to the others.
