Knowing we are saved!

“Galatians:16 knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.” :scripture

Abraham was saved because he believed God. Noah was saved because he believed God. The thief on the cross was saved by asking the Lord to remember him when He came into His kingdom - showing that He believed Jesus was the promised one sent by God. All the apostles were saved by believing that Jesus was the Messiah and Son of God. All in the book of Acts were saved by hearing and believing that Jesus was the risen Christ. As you keep reading you will see more confirmation in the scriptures of faith in Jesus Christ being the only requirement for salvation. If you have not gone down this path and have the courage to continue it will change your life forever! By reading the scriptures that are to follow you will open the door for the Holy Spirit to enter in and reveal to you your sinful nature. For the first time you will see yourself thru God’s eyes. To read the Word of God that reveals to you that God cannot accept you the way you are. You must be changed! This revelation can be an emotional unhinging experience that should place you at the center of God’s Will.

:scriptureRomans 10:9 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
Luke 8:11-12 11 “Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God. 12 Those by the wayside are the ones who hear; then the devil comes and takes away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.

John 1:12 12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:
John 3:16 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
John 6:29 29 Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.”
John 7:39 39 But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing[a] in Him would receive; for the Holy[b] Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.
John 8:24 24 Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins.”
John 10:26-27 26 But you do not believe, because you are not of My sheep, as I said to you.[a] 27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.
John 12:36 36 While you have the light, believe in the light, that you may become sons of light.” These things Jesus spoke, and departed, and was hidden from them.
John 17:20-21 20 “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will[a] believe in Me through their word; 21 that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.
John 20:30-31 30 And truly Jesus did many other signs in the presence of His disciples, which are not written in this book; 31 but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name.

Acts 16:30-31 30 And he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”
31 So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”
Acts 19:4 4 Then Paul said, “John indeed baptized with a baptism of repentance, saying to the people that they should believe on Him who would come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.”

Romans 3:22 22 even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all[a] who believe. For there is no difference;
Romans 10:9 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

1 Corinthians 1:20-21 20 Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? 21 For since, in the wisdom of God, the world through wisdom did not know God, it pleased God through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe.

2 Corinthians 4:3-4 3 But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, 4 whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.

Galatians 3:22 22 But the Scripture has confined all under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.
1 Thessalonians 2:13 13 For this reason we also thank God without ceasing, because when you received the word of God which you heard from us, you welcomed it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which also effectively works in you who believe.

1 Thessalonians 4:13-14 13 But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus.

1Timothy 1:15-16 15 This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. 16 However, for this reason I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show all longsuffering, as a pattern to those who are going to believe on Him for everlasting life.

Hebrews 10:39 38 Now the[a]just shall live by faith; But if anyone draws back, My soul has no pleasure in him.”[b]39 But we are not of those who draw back to perdition, but of those who believe to the saving of the soul.

1John 3:23 22 And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight. 23 And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, as He gave us[a] commandment.
1John 5:13 13 These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life,[a] and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.

Be of this world but not apart of it; ready to leave it at a moments notice to be with the Lord by Rapture or by death.

“Ephesians 14-17 “14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.” 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;

Now that we are empowered with the Word of God we must take advantage of every form of communication that exists today to sow the seeds of salvation. In our home, Churches, clubs, workplace and thru our participation on the internet we must get thru to people that God is real. You have heard it said that this is the final generation that time is short, I believe this as well! You have also heard it said that we are running out of time to reach all those that need to be saved this is not true in my opinion. God has a plan and he nose all those that need to be saved. When we are at the center of God’s Will He will give us the time and the means to reach those he has selected for us to witness too. When we are doing God’s Work our concept of time is irrelevant. Trust in the power of the Lord him alone with the Father in heaven control the timeline.

:scripture “Ephesians 18-20 18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—19 and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.”

May God bless you keep you strong in the Faith.:pray:hug
