Help! What does this mean?

When I try to go to my email, sometimes I get a Security Warning window that says 'the current web page is trying to open a site in your trusted sites list' and it shows the site that it's trying to open is a Windows System file. I say 'no' cause I am computer illiterate, and don't know what it means. So, what does it mean??

email should NOT be trying to modify your windows system files. My vote would be to keep saying "NO" unless I'm missing something.
