Japan is problematic place for people wrestling with sexual temptation and alcoholism as they are quite deep rooted in the current cultures.
So, what kind of work do you do?
Do your colleagues/superiors drag you into binge drinking?
What kind of sexual temptations do you encounter?
Are you going to a church there?
You need a stable and Bible-ground church and christians willing to help you overcome these temptations.
Ask Jesus for His help and do your best in cutting off all opportunities where temptation might kick in.
Anyway, i'll be praying for you, because these are temptations that just won't go away from the normal japanese life.
Maybe you should consider working somewhere else than Japan.

Please remember, we are all a work in progress. Do not use being a weak human being as an excuse. However, please remember that the greatest gift of all is the gift of forgiveness. God loves us and forgives us of our sins. He loves you in whatever state you are in but look up not down. Begin to put away the things of this world and concentrate on Him. He will change you in ways you can only imagine. Let God make the changes in your life. It's impossible to do it on your own. Little by little you will begin to see change. Perhaps in time, you will no longer enjoy the things you thought were so much a part of your life. When that finally happens, you will know that it was God and not you that made the change in you.
But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: That no flesh should glory in his presence 1Cor 1:27-29[/QUOTE]
But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. 28He chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things—and the things that are not—to nullify the things that are, 29so that no one may boast before him

GET RID OF ALL TEMPTATION! When we were saved my husband and I threw away a huge collection of x rated anime, and movies that had nudity, and books that had sex. Get rid of all this stuff NOW! We threw away maybe a couple of thousand dollars worth of stuff, but we've been at peace. You're not supposed to tempt yourself or put yourself in the way of temptation, you are supposed to FLEE.
