Shalom Friends,
In Matthew 28:19, Jesus said that we have to be baptized in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit (God Trinity names)
We know already that the name of the Father is YHWH (Exodus 6:3 KJV), the name of the Son is Jesus or Yeshua Hamazhiah.
Do you have any idea who is the name of the Holy Spirit?
I need His real name not His nick name (like Spirit of the truth, Spirit of Grace etc)
Thank you for your information.
David

KeyofDavid,
I'm not sure if this is what you meant, but here is the Jewish name for the Holy Spirit: Rauch Ha Koddesh
and Yeshua HaMashiach means Jesus the Messiah.
I wrote these both down in the front of my Bible awhile back :smile,

I'm not sure that there is any specific scripture(in the English translations) that refer to Rauch Ha Koddesh as another name for the Holy Spirit, from what I know,it's the Jewish name for the Holy Spirit.
I'll try looking for more info. though for you.
God bless you :hug

It almost always happens that a child will find a very pretty stone that they want to keep, and it will give you a wonderful opportunity to talk about the sins we seem to like, but must cast off as well. It is a great family experience. For the child it opens the door for the Holy Spirit to do a work. Much like when you introduce another to Yeshua and open the door for the Holy Spirit (Rauch Ha Koddesh) to do a work in their life
The above is the second to last paragraph on the above site.

Celticmist: What did you make of the above article you posted? I found it intriguing but I was confused as to what it was trying to say (i can be a little slow at getting things sometimes:)) Are they trying to say that the Spirit of God and the Holy Spirit are different things?

KeyofDavid,
I did some looking in the text and I think when it says "in the name of" it isn't referring to a name like YHVH or Jeshua, or Fred or Barney. I think the implication is "in the authority of". For example, if someone showed up and said, "In the name of the king, I order you to give us a shrubbery." The person isn't simply referring to the word/name "Arthur" but the authority, position, and relationship that the name implies.
So to be baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Spirit, is to be baptized by means of their authority into relationship with them. At least, that's how it reads to me. The Greek word for "name" can be used both ways. It can refer to a person, or that person's authority/position/etc.

Key, all three have different "names" through out Scripture and all three have divine names and titles given to them.
There are many names and titles ascribed to the Holy Spirit which prove His deity and oneness with the Father and Son.
So I am not sure exactly what you are looking for.
There is the Father, there is the Son and there is the Holy Spirt! <><
