It still has to pass in the House, doesn't it?

UPDATE from CNN's The Situation Room-John Roberts reported that the vote will take place tonight at 8pm(?Eastern?), and is expected to pass pretty easily.

Didn't the one from earlier this week also pass the Senate pretty easily?

Here's what I UNDERSTAND-there are EXCEPTIONS where even IF it doesn't pass the House, it can go ahead and bypass to the Senate.

Again-I don't understand all the mechanics, but supposedly, this is one of those exceptions.:idunno

The news said it is now over 400 pages. It is 4 times larger in wording than before. It almost seems like they are redoing the federal budget in the process. It appears the government in part, or in whole, is taking over private property. The taxes necessary to pay for the shortfalls will increase greatly or the government will have to print money to pay for the debt.
