We got our U & O

After 4 1/2 years we got our Use and Occupancy for our house today.
Praise God! We are far from done but we don't have anymore inspections to deal with. We can just work on what we want. DH has built our home with the help of some family members. We have done this with no mortgage:yeah. In this economy what a blessing.:nod Just had to share how great our day has been. We are sleeping in the house tonight. I really wondered if I would see this day at times.:heh Must go move more stuff. Oh did I mention that we have lived in a house trailer for 16 years.:tsk The house is 20 or so feet in back of the trailer. Easy move.:yeah

That is awesome! Congratulations! What a testimony to even my generation and those underneath it - hard work pays off and it can be worth the wait for somethings we want! We had friends who lived in a tiny little 700 sq. foot house when they first got married, saved, saved, saved and a couple years back built a home with both of their dads. Smart way to go! Wish we'd done the same!

Hey all! We now have the INTERNET working in the new house.
Beloved I'm a USAer. I had a wallaby, a few years ago. He was my first baby. Got him when he was 2 pounds and bottle feed him round the clock. The picture make me think of him.
