I'm a long distance runner, and my sister got me listening to them while I'm running. It's definitely the best type of motivational music. Red, along with Pillar and Skillet are for sure my favorites. You ever listen to them?

You should listen to Pillar. They're really good too! My favorite is Angel in Disguise for sure. They're a really good band!
You're definitely right about music being a powerful thing.. no matter what mood you're in there's always a song to suit it! And sometimes it can make you feel so much better when you need cheering up... :)

I really like Kutless alot, they were the first Christian band I've ever really listened to! I've never heard that one before....
