those who are quitting the habit of smoking!Yes some of you are trying and struggling with this habit and bless your hearts for your honesty and desire to quick smoking.

I have never smoked. But I have habits that I should be praying to the Lord to help me to quick.

I want to be an encourager to you all.

Have any of you looked up on the internet under "Stop smoking" or "How to quick smoking"?

You all don't need us non-smokers coming on here and nagging ya to quick but I want to pray for each of you who are trying. I just have tell you all how proud I am of you all!

Please don't give up quicking too soon!

Oh! I must confess my habit! I overeat! I eat too much junk food!
I am overweight! I am asking the Lord to help me lose weight so I will have a healthy body to serve Him for the rest of my life.

We all can welcome encouragements instead of criticisms! And it sure makes more people happier too when we praise them too!

Keep up the good job of quicking the habit!

I am trying to obey my own words of exhortation!!

You have to fight to win the battle!!

And we are looking for (winners) and in my case (losers--of pounds)

For all of you who are trying to quit. I know how hard it is. But you can do it. The urges do lessen and then completely leave. Hang in there - it's worth it! :hug

Shalom in Christ

break the smoking habit. And I was wondering if it is easier to get your mind off this particular habit if you are busy.

It would be great to have an up-date on your progress so we can praise the Lord on your victory, or do you need a little TLC covering you in prayer.

You are all on the right path!!

We are so proud of you all!!
