Well, I have been completely smoke-free for at least 1 week! :yay
That's the longest I've ever been quit..lol

That's awesome, keep it going!!! It will eventually get easier as the days go by....You have tons of support here, which comes from the most high! :-)

I posted back in June that I had just quit...last week I celebrated 8 months!! My husband and I have been married almost 11 years and the last 8 months have been the most difficult of our entire marriage. I believe Satan has tried to goad me back into smoking (as well as successfully keeping my husband from quitting) but we're fighting through day by day and I praise Jesus for the strength to get through each of these days. If you've quit, recently or not, and are still struggling, lean on Jesus. YOU cannot do it. YOU will fail. It will only be by His power that you make it through.

I'm proud of all of you who have quit, are quitting, or considering quitting.

:yeah Is it not wonderful! I never thought I would be one celebrating that I was able to quit, I was so frustrated at first, but Praise the Lord for enabling me to quit and for the prayers and support of my RR family :hug
