Stop Smoking praise thread!!

I know what you are talking about. I lost my mom to small cell carcinoma this past April. I found out about it in September, and 7 mos later, she was gone. She was gone, I miss her so much. she had smoked since she was 13. She still smoked until she couldnt get out of bed. I took care of her 24/7 and I wouldnt let her smoke in bed. Plus she had O2 on her. I was there with her when she passed. I have mixed feelings about that part. For her, I was glad I was there, for me, I wish I hadnt seen what I did see.

this last 2 days, have only smoked 3. One of these days, it will be zero again.

This is an up-hill or should I have typed an up-mountain experience to break the habit of doing what you have beeen doing for a year or years! So those of you who are still struggling...don't give up you have been at this for years so don't be hard on yourself if you fail a day or two.OK!Victory is on the way and can be experience every hour of every day!!

I just lurk now mostly, but today is my 97th day without smoking.:)

For those who havent quit yet, or just started..be tough the 1st couple of months and make it through....then you will hardly think about them!

Be free.

You can do anything you really want to do.

Praise God for our free will, which can also be for the good.

Last 3 days, only smoked 1 and a half. I really believe this is it. I pray this is it. Yay!!!

hey u all i faniliy quit smokking ciggys all the way i have not had for about 15 days know.here are words for advise for those who want to quit smoking

smoking ciggys is a sin and so drinking alchol it is written your temple is temple of the holy ghost amnd U CAN NOT POLLUTE IT

AND THIRD RELAY ON GOD TO HELP TO QUIT SMOKING AND TAKE ONE DAY AT A TIME,WALK IN OBEDIANCE DAILY,AND DO NOT COUNT THE DAYS U HAVE NOT SMOKED A CIGGY BECAUSE THEN IT WILL BECOME A GAME TO SEE HOW MANY U CAN GO WITHOUT SMOKING.

ASK GOD TO TAKE ALL YOUR CRAVINGS AWAY AND YOUR WITHDRAWS
AND TRUST AND BELIVE HE WILL
