I have a birthday to celebrate, in 3 days I will have stopped smoking for a year :yeah
I handed my addiction to the Lord, and asked Him to take it from me! He did and it has been wonderful to give testimony of the Lord's power if we are willing to give it to Him, the Lord will take your burdens! Praise His Holy Name \O/ \O/

Sometimes I will go for hours and hours at a time not thinking of one. :faint He's been so gracious.

I've been smoking on and off for about 20 years now :tsk Well, about two weeks ago, I was laying in bed and I could hear wheezing within my lungs :shocked The scary part was that I wasn't sick. I remember when I was 15 a doctor very angrily told me that if I didn't stop smoking by the time I was 30, I would develop emphesema (can't remember how to spell that word). So I made the decision to stop right then and there, and with God's help, have been successful and haven't had ANY cravings whatsoever! :thumb
