enemy in the form of cigarettes!

May you all have a wonderful and healthy Thanksgiving Day!

Take a deep breath and thank the Lord that you can breathe easier since
you have kicked the habits!

Quit smoking Halloween Night and now smoke free for the whole month of November. The article I read on the American Cancer Society web page said if an individual quits smoking for six months, they reduce their risk of heart attack by half. I have already noticed an increase in my stamina and food is starting to taste better. Hope to remain smoke free for six months and completely kick that nasty habit once and for all. I have noticed myself encouraging others to stop also. ABSOLUTE POISON in those things.
