I am attempting to quit and I know the Lord can deliver me, he has done so in the past only for me to pick up the habit again.

God has really put it on my heart to quit but it is such an addiction. I had an incident last night that really scared me so I haven't smoke one since 6 last night.

Pray for my dh and MIL they both smoke too.
