I've never played a lottery and don't pay attention to them... but isn't 3 digits kind of short for a typical lottery?

On the same day ,the pick 4 #'s were 7779.I find that interesting because;
777=Completeness or Spiritual Perfection
9=Fruit of Spirt-Divine Completeness From the Lord..:thinking

on the same day in the same state, which also happens to be the State of Senator Obama on the same day this same Senator is officially President Elect.
