Oh, what's $2.8 billion more going to matter?

Just add them to the list.

There is no incentive for people or campanies to ba accountable -

NOT when we have taxpayers like YOU around to pick up the tab.

Sarcasm off.

Guys can't you see how the government is taking over everything? If they control all the corporations and banks and even own our homes, wouldn't it be so much easier for them to decide who can buy and sell? Kick people out of their homes if not? Remove their children? and so on? Okay, maybe I'm getting carried away but I don't like all this government bailout!

I have worked for the USPS for over 35 years and all they have to do is push a button and we can go from loosing 2.5 billion to making 2.5 billion. It is the most creative accounting system in the world. But let me say this, it is not the regular workforce. It is managed at the top by individuals who were analysts and not individuals who actually touched the mail. They are great on computers but have no clue on what it takes to work a retail counter, sort, transport and deliver the mail. Their PC tells them that this is the way it should be. But if they would turn around and look out of the window, they would notice the blizzard that is going on at that very moment. God help us all and pray for the men and women of the USPS.:hug

Well, the good news is it was over $5 Billion last year. Everybody's tossing around billion and trillion like a K-Mart Blue light special.

If K-mart were giving a blue light special of 5 billion, I would wait in line! :lol

Easy way to resolve this whole money issue, is just to take the "trillions" and pay off every persons mortgage in the country. Then hey, we will gladly "stimulate" the economy!
