This is the group GH Bush and Congress honoured by passing legislation the US was founded on the 7 universal laws of Noah and GW Bush appeared on their site under the title "Roadmap to peace following the 7 universal laws of Noah". This group was led by Rabbi Schneerson who many Jews thought was the Messiah.

The king (of Bahrain) had been in New York to attend last week’s Interfaith Conference, organized at the United Nations at the initiative of Saudi Arabian King Abdullah. Israeli President Shimon Peres and Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni were both present at the conference, along with representatives of more than 50 other nations.

According to the Chabad.org website, at the meeting Rabbi Shemtov bestowed the traditional blessing on the king that is recited when one sees a ruling monarch. A delegation of 50 Bahraini Jews who currently live in the U.S. stood for the blessing.

“I rise in honor of Your Majesty,” Rabbi Shemtov said to King Hamad, “and I humbly ask Your Majesty to rise in honor of the One G-d, the King of all Kings, in Whose Name we offer blessings.”

When the king rose, the rest of the room rose with him, and the rabbi thanked the Creator for “bestowing a part of His glory” on an earthly monarch.

“Bahrain has a rich Jewish history,” noted Shemtov, “and I feel that Bahrain, and particularly His Majesty, can play a unique role in bringing about positive movement within their arena in regard to the Jewish people and the world at large.”

King Hamad, who ascended to the throne in 1999, has been a controversial figure in the Arab Muslim world, instituting a number of electoral and legal reforms.

In August, he also extended a general invitation for Bahrain’s expatriate Jews to return to their former home, including those who had moved to the Jewish State.

More recently, the king promoted through his Foreign Ministry the suggestion that Israel be included in a regional summit of Middle Eastern nations that would also list Iran among the attendees.

Believer, can you discuss further where this blessing is going? I'm not following the discussion in the other thread very well as I don't understand Jewish tradition/history. :scratch

All the world's false religions are going to unite and bless eachother and accept eachother and share their common goal of standing against true Christianity.

From what I can gather from my limited reading so far is this...

These laws are directed to the Gentiles. They are for the enforcement of righteousness in the worship of one God.

This is a Jewish movement, that is spreading to the Arabs and has been 'endorsed' by our government.

The underlying target of this movement is anyone who worships any other God, other than the God of the Jewish faith, and if I'm reading this right, now the Islamic as well...hence a one world religion that worships a 'one true god'.

That would put a huge bullseye on all Christians, who worship Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior...God in the flesh...with decapitation by sword.

I've got to read a whole bunch more on this, but am I following this correctly?

By the way...awesome post Believer in miracles!!! Keep 'em coming!

Also, FWIW, a Catechism of the Catholic Church states this...

841 The Church's relationship with the Muslims. "The plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator, in the first place amongst whom are the Muslims; these profess to hold the faith of Abraham, and together with us they adore the one, merciful God, mankind's judge on the last day."[330]

King of Bahrain Extends Jewish Communal Welcome During State Visit

Following his call to open Bahrain to the return of its native Jewish population, a delegation of 50 Bahraini Jews who live across the United States stood for a blessing on King Hamad bin Issa al-Khalifa. Leading the traditional blessing, Chabad-Lubavitch Rabbi Levi Shemtov, the Washington, D.C., director of American Friends of Lubavitch, thanked G-d for “bestowing a part of His glory” on an earthly monarch.

Shemtov, who maintains relations with many foreign missions in the District and all branches of the U.S. government, attended the Tuesday meeting in New York at the personal invitation of the king. During the meeting, King Hamad said that all expatriate Bahrainis, whatever their religion, could return to their home country at will.
