Russian President Dmitry Medvedev believes there’s a good chance to fully restore relations with the US under Barack Obama. He made the comment at a meeting of the US Council on Foreign Relations, which was held separately from the G20 meeting in Washington.

He seems different than any president that we have had in a while. Bush did not seem like a very intelligent man to hold the position that he held. People are probably excited to be dealing with someone who appears to be smart.

As we have ingrained the Russians totalitarian 'crush the people' view of life, yeah that's fair. Now that we have their Marxist comrade in office, it will be so much quicker. They should have a little get together down at Gitmo with Hugo and Raul.
