Yeah, there are two or three threads going on this. I can't comprehend as to how the courts can force eharmony to change their business model when their model was to facilitate the finding of mates for men and women.

It would be kind of like forcing a Mexican restaurant to serve Thai, Italian, American, French, etc., food as well so as not to be exclude any group of people from using their establishment.

It is loony and just one more tiny sign that America's light has dimmed and will likely soon be extinguished all together.
