NewGreg,
Welcome, I think. I love the Jewish people, the Muslim people, all people - because the Lord I serve is no respector of persons...

Welcome
This is a Christian prophecy board. It looks at news events through a Judeo-Christian lens, and is for the most part, Scripturally based, although we are all sinners and get frustrated or angry at times and say things accordingly.
Much discussion around prophecy does relate to the news

Hi everyone from England:wave
Really enjoying the site but I'm not sure I'm in the right place. I'm here for the Christian prophesy but it's really political here. Or am I the only one - perhaps it's a nationality thing?
Stay out of the political post area, you will be much happier if you do...lol
Politics equal debate. People have different opinions, thats why they debate.
But it is a rapture believing board, you will not find much argument about that.

Thanks for the welcomes. I came here in a crisis of faith and hoped to find spiritual nourishment. There are some good people here but there's so much anger and hate:
Love of war
Hatred of immigrants
Hatred of Muslims
Support for Israel, no matter what injustices they perpetrate
I think it's helped me make up my mind. Tomorrow I will start my path towards Shahadah and Islam. I believe I will find what I am looking for. I hope you all find what you are looking for and soften your hearts as Jesus taught us. I may pop back to say hello, but otherwise, thank you for your kindness and God bless you all.
Muslims deny that Jesus Christ is God, so you can't embrace both.
Islam is not a religion of peace and truth -- and God desires those who are in the clutches of that false religion to leave and search for the true God.
Instead of looking for a path that suits you, may I kindly suggest searching for the truth? There is only one truth. Anyway, a message board is full of many different people of many different faiths as well as personalities. Read the Holy Scriptures (New Testament and then Old Testament) if you want to find the real Jesus Christ, Savior and Friend.
