Hello everyone,
I have just been approved for membership to this BB. I am happy to be here. I have been (lurking) here for well over 2 years. I never posted because I could never get approved for membership because I use a "free" email service. I guess the rules changed. I believe very much that Jesus is who he said he was and I accepted his sacrifice many years ago. I also believe that he will return very soon.
I am a 39 year old male from Alabama. However, I have lived overseas for over 7 years because I could not find suitable work back home. I have lived and worked in Germany, Thailand, Japan and Korea. I currently live in Korea.
I have had a very exciting lifestyle and would not take anything for my experiences.
But, I am very tired of moving around. I am always unsettled and never keep friends for very long. Also, it is hard at times to stay focused on him. I do want to come home, but there is just no work.
Anyway, I hope to be able to add to conversations sometimes. I would like to humbly ask for prayers that the Lord would lead me to stable employment, so I can settle down and start a family.
Thanks for reading.

MJ I KNOW you will be blessed here, I have been here 3 days and I am blessed every time I log on.

I will pray for stability in your life, and above all, that you would see God's Will and not fight His Hand. :)

Glory to God in the Highest!!! :yeah:yeah:yeah

Hello MJ...I am also new to the fam. here....can I ask what business you are in?

Well, I am trained in several things. I have a B.S. in Information system management, a B.A. in German/Political Science and a Paralegal certificate. But....I teach English as a second language overseas. I have been trained in that too, but I can not work as a teacher back home.

Thanks for asking.

mj2007,

Welcome, I'm also new to rr. Great fellowship here. Will pray the Lord reveal His Will and clearly guide you. Perhaps all of our concerns will soon be forgotten because we will no longer reside in these tents that are rottin' (ok, I'm not a poet!) (that was really bad) LOL

Maranatha!

Yes, I think that a lot. I know God could change things in an instant, but he usually does not do that. His answers work out over time, which makes me think......
The time seems so short, I am not sure there is enough of it left for God to work out an answer for me. I feel like I am just hanging on waiting for the end.
But, that is not so bad either...What we have coming will be much better that anything we could ever realize here on earth.
