Find out what the url is for your video first. Let's back up already. I had to post my video to YouTube first. Have you done this? Ok.

In the url line, you need to copy the numbers that follow the equal sign (=) and paste it in the body of your RR post. Then highlight the pasted numbers and click on the above red Tube icon. This will wrap your text in seeable YouTube video.
