"Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart" (Hebrews 12:3)

I hope and pray that this ministers too somebody today besides myself.

Even though we do come across times of weariness and times when we lose heart, Jesus has "endured such opposition" and paid such a high price that we should "not grow weary and lose heart".

Thank you Lord for enduring the "punishment that brought us peace" (Isaiah 53:5).:pray

thank you, I definitely needed that encouragement. There is much going on in my life right now, and there are times I would have thought just to lay down and quit would feel good, but onward is much better. The satisfaction of finishing the race put out before us will be much better than the comfort of sitting on the sidelines.
