Dear Lord let your people free themselves from these evil terrorists that are bent on destroying your people. Let them be victorious and in future battles till you come back to make peace final. Amen :pray:pray

This is a war between Good and Evil and Good will be victorious soon.

I am not ashamed that I cheer Israel on to victory. When evil is smacked down, YES, I will rejoice.
This is normal. Its not warmongering. It is not sin.

No one is cheering when innocents are killed. BUT that is part of war. And in this case, the forces of satan are using human shields. In real life nations cannot avert a strike on a military target, just because of human shields.
Its sad, but its a reality everyone must face.

There is a wimpy theology that no war is ever justified-even to protect yourself.
That is not just wrong, its not even Biblical! Until Jesus returns, war is a fact of life on earth. God has led His people to war many times. That fact did not change with Jesus. If there is sin on earth there will be war. We should understand that fact and stand prepared to fight.
(see my sig below)

European politicos seem to buy into a secular version of this. I call it "peace thru weakness." This policy has resulted in barbarian hordes (muslims) in their midst rioting and burning cars for months without any govt action in response. The barbarians have learned that Europe is weak.

Europe is calling for all military action to stop. I call for it to continue until the job is done. The terrorist barbarians will end up far more dangerous if Israel stops now. Hamas is a cancer that MUST be destroyed! If it is allowed to live it will fester into malignant growth again.

I am proud to cheer Israel on to victory.
God Bless Israel and her troops in this time of war.

This is a continuation on the war on terror. This is a spiritual battle as much as a physical one, and more today than ever, it takes spiritual discernment to understand this whole mess.

Egypt and Jordan have refused to open their borders to their Arab brothers because they have tried to overthrow their governments. It gets very old seeing Israel having to explain herself to the world community for defending itself, but public opinion is mute when Hamas is oppressing and using it's own civilians for propoganda and cannon fodder. The "Gazans" elected Hamas in a landslide-if they want change, get rid of Hamas. The "Arab" world turns a blind eye to the "Palestinians" when they are living in squalor and their leaders living in luxury, but Israel fights back and they cry "foul", "disproportionate", "civilians are suffering". :doh

I don't rejoice in any bloodshed, but wars will be a reality until Christ returns. I pray today, that Israel would turn it's face back to the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob, and that muslims in bondage to Islam will hear the Gospel and get saved. When oppressive govt's are overthrown, it has lead to walls being brought down so the Gospel can get in. :pray

I pray for Israel's victory, but realize that Israel faces very dark days before Christ returns, 2/3 of them will die but 1/3 will be refined through the fire and saved. Prophecy is very bittersweet.
