New Jersey Man Allegedly Ran Over and Killed 12-Year-Old Babysitter

OTSELIC, N.Y. — A New Jersey man ran over and killed his 12-year-old babysitter while turning his truck around on an upstate New York road, according to police.

Ford was taking Somers to her home from his seasonal residence in South Otselic at about 11:30 p.m.

Ford did not transport Somers to the hospital until 5 a.m. Sunday, according to police.

Talk about the love of many will wax cold. This is another sign of the time. I wonder if he waited for her to die before taking her to the hospital. It's really sad to see someone so young killed like that. My heart and prayers goes out to her family.
