I can't change my avatar.

Edit: Alright I think I just have to change a BMP image to a JPEG, however that gets done I'll let ya know.

I used Pixillion (http://www.nchsoftware.com/imageconverter/index.html) Its free and worked great.

Now, I'm having problems with the size of the image...I resized it then tried again but its still the same...any suggestions?

make sure it's .jpg
make it 200X200
