Not really, just kidding, sorry.
But I did want to ask where do we get the doctrine that the timing of the rapture is a secret.
If you look at the context of the following they seem to be talking about the second coming and not the rapture.
Matt 25:13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.
Mark 13:32 But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.
I am not suggesting that we can know the date, I am just having trouble finding the doctrine.

The Rapture is always going to be tough to predict with any degree of certainty. Many fools have tried ...
The actual Second Coming of Christ is rather easy to pinpoint.
It will be 3 1/2 years after the Abomination of Desolation. There is plenty of date math to support this. Right down to the exact number of days. And the Scripture prophecy when it comes down to date math is amazingly accurate.
Sir Robert Anderson is about the best Author I can recommend. Even Anderson's Bio is worth study. I think the RR main site has links to "The Coming Prince" which is a very good place to start.

If we look for the reason for the rapture, maybe we would understand why the timing of the rapture is secret.

I love Jack Kelley. I have read almost all of his articles and they are very good. Thanks Jack for posting them. And thanks for mp3's also.
But in reading this one he quotes two sections of the Bible and then just states as a matter of fact that those two sections tell us that the rapture is a secret. But when you look at those two sections they really don't say that at all. Here they are...
1 Thes 4
[15] For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
[16] For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
[17] Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
John 14
[1] Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
[2] In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
[3] And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
