For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:

I think the shout is the archangel, and the trump is the voice of our Lord Jesus calling us up...

Rev. 1
[10] I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,
[11] Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.

Rev. 4:1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.

I said Michael, but actually I do think it will be our Bridegroom, Himself. Why because of how the wedding feast is announced in the Jewish custom. When it is time for the groom to call unto himself, his bride, he steps out and sounds the trump. Same with the Father, when it is time for His Son to step out and receive His bride, He will sound the trump.
