PESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS .....( long pause) .... TALIENCES
He always cracks me up when he says it, he does it everytimes.... makes me think he cant say it right if he says it at a normal speed so he draws it out.

His show is not made for the saved, it is made for the unsaved. It often airs late at night to reach those high or drunk. I like him because he loves JESUS. Yes he is wrong sometimes, but so am I.
Based on what folks have been describing, it sounds like these are not shows I would want to recommend to anyone who has not put their trust in Jesus. Also, new believers need the milk of the word 1 Peter 2:2 (KJV), they don't need it mixed in with anything false. What is it that he does that makes it suitable for the unsaved? I haven't seen the shows, so I don't have anything to go on except what is being posted here.

Mandy, I really need to ask you this question....In your peanut gallery, why does the blue peanut not go anywhere? Sorry, It just keeps bugging me watching the others have so much fun and the little blue one doesnt get to join in but still hangs in there with a smile on its face! Tough little bugger, HANG IN THERE CHAMP!!!
Just curious :sorry

I watched VanImpe for a while in the 90's - but he was SO into Y2K. When nothing happened, he said that the rapture would definitly happen before 2018. That's the last time I watched him. There are a lot of good preachers out there who are not sensationists.

The only true things about 21 December 2012 is that it's the date of the annual winter solstice, when the day is shortest on the northern hemisphere and that the Mayan calendar ends on that date.
Also 2012 is the year that the sun should be in that maximum of its 11 year long sunspot activity cycle.
All other claims are bogus new age mumbo jumbo and weird conspiracy doodoo, so pay no heed to those other than to ask yourself why the devil whips up this nonsense...
yeah dont these scholars ever stop and think..... maybe the mayans just got tired of chiseling out the calendar out of those rocks?

I don't see anything wrong with the VanImpe's. I get their weekly news letter and it is insightful. They brought me back to God after too many years away. They don't set dates, merely discuss how interesting the lining up of these other cultures beliefs. He does not use a teleprompter and is know by many as the walking bible. Yes we are ALL wrong at times, he has my respect:hat. Not only for bringing me back to Christ, but for the interest he gave me in eschetology(sp?) He has done some good scriptural studys on our pets in heaven also.:thumb(cat lover here:wave)
I like Jack too!
