AAAAA!!! Reminds me that I'm lactose intolerant! :panic
Hehe.
I know it's more expensive, but there are companies who make soy 'icecream'. I haven't tried them so I don't know how they taste, but I have a friend who has tried them and loves them. I have looked at them, however, and their flavor selections are currently limited.

A couple of flavours that you will have never seen outside Asia:
1. Mango
2. Coconut
3. Purple yam
4. Melon
And a couple that can only be found at independent gourmet parlours:
1. Zabajone (or spelled zabaione) - a type of Italian egg custard and grappa
2. coffee
3. Milo
4. Courinteau

i have had coconut and mango ice creams, but these were homade, the zabaione sounds delish and i'd like to try purple yam.
there's a local place up here that made pumpkin pie ice cream before Ben&Jerry was well known and they make a fabb-o Moxie ice cream :D :thumb

I had a hard time choosing between Neopolian and Cookie Dough, but I voted for Neopolian.
