posts removed?

I'm pretty certain that I posted something in a thread and although the thread is still there, my comment was removed? If it was removed by a mod/admin is there a way they can let you know they removed a post and why so that you know what you did wrong? Thank you. :)

It was mamacags thread, the one about smelling mice. I said "I'm surprised you can smell anything over your own stench...hahaha" and that post was removed. I reposted it thinking I was losing my mind and hadn't posted it to begin with but it was confirmed that I had in fact posted it the first time and it was removed. Just wondering why it was removed the first time but remained the second. Not sure if there was some sort of rule that I was breaking or what. Thanks, Ladybug, for answering. :)

I checked the deleted posts and I didn't see one made by you, so I'm not sure what happened. But I'll have someone more techno-savvy check behind me to make sure I didn't miss something. Right now I'm leaning toward a hiccup in the system. Or a departed mouse grabbed it and took off with it. :idunno

Sometime the post doesn't get saved to the board.

If it was deleted there should still be the empty window.

I saw the post before it was removed. It was post #15 in a thread. The repeated post after it was removed was post #16. Todd are you sure there aren't people doing what they want behind your back?

Look at post #3 in this thread: http://www.rr-bb.com/showthread.php?p=855#post855 If it's been deleted either by a mod or by the poster, you should see something like this.
