Get ready to get "awakened"? Not only is she pushing for Barack Obama, she is also pushing this new age, new world book.

Hunt and MacMahon were all over Oprah last year, there are some good audio files available on their site http://www.thebereancall.org/ some of the things she is promoting- the "Secret" book, i think it was back as far as October...thats if anyone wants to know more about Oprah's activities...

also Jan Markell of http://www.olivetreeviews.org has done a radio show about Oprah's year long XM radio program "A Course in Miracles". its in the Radio Archives section, search the date February 2, 2008 to find it.

its good stuff, Jan Markell has a really good radio show going on, i have been listening to her for almost 2 years now.... highly recommended, nobody should miss a week- its that good.

If we never feel good about ourselves then its would be , is hard to be effectoive in our lives....There's nothing wrong with feeling good about our good works as long as God is given the glory for providing them.

IMO, it should be with thanksgiving and praise to Him that we humbly take joy in our successes. :)

Am I the only person who thinks Oprah is the most dangerous woman on the face of the earth today?

Consider her popularity, following, influence, money, beliefs- no other woman comes close.

I credit Oprah with a great deal of Obama's support against Hillary.

I can not understand why so many people are in "awe" of her, and jump at every thing she says!! :scratch First she was endorsing "The Secret", and now this.

This coming from a woman who can not do anything for anyone UNLESS she can broadcast it to the world. I remember after hurricane Katrina, so many actors were in New Orleans, trying to help out and volunteer, and then Oprah arrived.... complete with camera crew to document her every move. And now she wants "awakening"??

I think that Oprah is trying to "fill gaps", and money can not fill the gaps that only Christ can fill. The best thing we could do is pray for her! :pray
