If you watch the video of him on Good Morning America, he is basically saying he did what he did for the good of Illinios. He keeps saying he did everything to ensure healthcare, create jobs...he says it about a half dozen. Ends justifies the means? :doh He says his case is just like the trials of Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela and Ghandi? If evolution was true, it seems sociopathy is the next step in evolution-seems to be a lot of it going around lately. :doh

I haven't watched Oprah in years. And I am having a hard time ever believing that she was ever 'born-again' and covered in the blood of Jesus, and that she could even be considered a back slider, because I have been back slidden many times, and I NEVER even then, denied Jesus Christ.

2ndly, if she had a problem with the term 'jealously' in regards to God, why didn't she ask her Minister what he mean't by that? Maybe he could have told her that God is a jealous God because He wants you to worship HIM and no one else.

It's easy to put God in a box. Even tho Oprah claims she is not, that is what she is doing. Putting God in a box and making him in to what she wants God to be. She wants God to be nice and passive and not remind her of her sins.

And what is scary, is that she is taking millions of viewers with her.

Oprah needs the saving blood of Jesus Christ, who is the only true God and who is the only way to heaven.


Well, did you notice the satisfied smirk on her face when the preacher said the "ugliest" calls came from Christians? Her heart was on her face.

I wonder if Oprah was hurt by a church or church members at one time...maybe someone close to her was...there's usually a reason people develop that kind of attitude, right? :idunno

Here's my opinion. Being gay is a sin, BUT it is a sin that harms only the sinner. Therefore, as a DEMOCRATIC nation, we should allow gays the same rights as everyone else...as long as they don't harm others (and I'm talking in a tangible sense here. Sorry folks, but hurt or offended morals don't cut it when it comes to the laws of our goverment). The serial killer analogy is just absurd--being gay doesn't take someone ELSE'S life--it only hurts your own which, I hate to say, it 100% okay in the U.S.A.

You are wrong on this. As many have stated, homosexuality does affect others. But I want you to think about the child that is being raised by a homosexual couple. Do you think they will come to adulthood without repercussions due to the twisted and perverted family the were raised in? Their "parents" sin would affect their entire being.

Well, I got news for Oprah there is only One God Almighty, but there is a god of this world which is Satan. There are only two choices and if you're not choosing to serve God Almighty, then you're serving the devil. The god of this world comes in those millions of ways Oprah's talking about, but it's still just Satan coming in different forms. Frankly, I can't stomach Ms. Winfrey and all her new age nonsensical garbage she spouts. Someone said before that Oprah is being used as a tool for the devil and I wholeheartedly agree.

How do we stop the madness? Can we petition the government for a decrease in pay until the economy is fixed and these bozos actually work for US?

It would be great if they only worked for $1.00 a year like the Ford CEO said he would do. I wonder how many of them would show up to vote "present" then.
