You can do this with any topic but let's start with geography. You can name cities, states, countries, continents, landmarks like a national park, but they have to be well known, someplace everyone would recognize.
For example, someone could say Chicago, but not Rolling Meadows.
Once someone repeats a place, it starts all over.
When someone names a place- chicago- the next person starts with the last letter of the place named, so Chicago gives the next person an o.
(Hint, most place names end in a.)
