I just want to praise my God and Father for how He ministered to me today. We are going through a tough time trying to sell a house and I was alone all day. Thought I'd really pray and hear something from the Lord. But nothing........nada. So I went about my day and felt this "dark cloud" come over me and I just felt angry. I put on some praise music and one song brought me to my knees. It's "I Surrender All" by Clay Crosse. Some of the words are: "I surrender all my silent hopes and dreams. Though the price to follow costs me everything. I surrender all my human soul desires. If sacrifice requires that all my kingdoms fall. I surrender all....Everything I am, all I've done and all I've known now belongs to You. The life I live is not my own. Just as Abraham laid Isaac on the sacrificial fire. IF ALL I HAVE IS ALL THAT YOU DESIRE, I SURRENDER ALL!"
I was literally on my kitchen floor crying and surrendering to the Lord. My life is not my own, I was bought at a price......I no longer live, but Christ lives in me........GLORY TO GOD! And thank You, Father, for reaching down and picking me up.
