The bible says explicitly that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that every knee will bow and every tounge confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of the Father.
It is for this reason, among others, that it is good for you to submit willingly to the Lord that God has chosen.
These things have been written of old, in the old prophesies before Jesus came to the Earth as a Man.
Here are some of the scriptures:
Isaiah 9:6-7
6 For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
7 Of the increase of His government and peace
There will be no end,
Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom,
To order it and establish it with judgment and justice
From that time forward, even forever.
The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.
Deutoronomy 18:18-19
18 I will raise up for them a Prophet like you from among their brethren, and will put My words in His mouth, and He shall speak to them all that I command Him.
19 And it shall be that whoever will not hear My words, which He speaks in My name, I will require it of him.
