TCP Optimzer gave me some bogus values, I'd also recommend Dr TCP or learn to add the DWORD entries yourself by hand. TCPOptimzer also increases max conncetions to an HTTP server which will actually slow your machine down when web browsing, Dr TCP doesnt have those options.

Good catch...if I'd caught that HTTP server thing, I'd have nixed it myself.

Will something like this really make much difference on my poor, archaic ISDN connection?

Does anyone here even know what ISDN is? ;-)
